SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
1. GLOBAL FULFILLMENT & THE DROP DYNAMICS 1.1 Logistics & Dispatch: BeVibrant© (The "Brand") operates a premium global logistics infrastructure. Order processing times vary based on the tier of the acquisition.
Core Collection: Standard physical apparel is typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
The Drop & Elite Tier: Limited-edition capsules, custom-finished garments, and high-value physical media require specialized handling. Shipping timelines provided for these items are professional estimates, not contractual guarantees. The Brand assumes no liability for delays inherent to artisanal production or global supply chain volatility.
1.2 Digital Asset Delivery: Digital music assets (including high-fidelity masters, audio stems, and media bundles) are fulfilled instantaneously via secure digital infrastructure. Access links are generated and deployed to the provided electronic mail address immediately upon transaction clearance.
2. INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, TAXES, & CUSTOMS LIABILITY2.1 The Sovereign Importer: For all international acquisitions outside of the United Arab Emirates, the buyer is legally classified as the "Importer of Record." 2.2 Financial Liability: All prices listed on the BeVibrant© platform are strictly exclusive of international customs duties, import taxes, and regional Value Added Tax (VAT). You are solely and completely responsible for any and all levies applied by your local government or customs authority upon the shipment's arrival. 2.3 Package Abandonment & Refusal: If you refuse to pay the required customs duties, or if you refuse delivery of the package, the shipment may be abandoned or returned to our Dubai facility. In such an event:

The Brand reserves the unilateral right to deduct all original shipping costs, return transit fees, and any applied customs penalties from your total order value before issuing a partial store credit (at our absolute discretion).
3. TRANSFER OF RISK & TRANSIT INTEGRITY3.1 Delivery Liability: The Brand partners with elite, global courier services. The legal risk of loss and title for physical items passes directly to you the moment we transfer the goods to the courier. 3.2 Stolen or Misplaced Assets: BeVibrant© is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the courier but subsequently lost, stolen from the premises, or signed for by an unauthorized third party. It is your strict responsibility to provide a secure and accurate delivery destination. 3.3 Freight Forwarders: The use of third-party freight forwarding services voids all Brand liability. If you utilize a forwarder, our responsibility concludes the moment the package arrives at the forwarding facility.
4. THE "FINAL SALE" & RETURN PROTOCOL4.1 Irrevocable Digital Sales: In accordance with international digital commerce regulations, all sales of digital music assets, software, and downloadable media are final. By triggering the download or stream, you waive any statutory right to cancellation. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for digital assets under any circumstances. 4.2 Limited Edition & Drop Exclusivity: All items released under "The Drop," Elite Tier physical goods, and discounted merchandise are classified as "Final Sale." These items are strictly ineligible for return, exchange, or refund.
4.3 Standard Apparel Returns (UAE & Global): For standard, non-limited apparel, BeVibrant© accepts returns within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, subject to a rigorous forensic inspection. To qualify for a return, the garment must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and completely unaltered.
Free from any odors (including cologne, perfume, or smoke), stains, or environmental damage.
Returned in its original, undamaged luxury packaging with all BeVibrant© tags physically attached.
4.4 The Return Process:
Authorization: You must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via our corporate contact portal. Unauthorized returns sent to our facility will be rejected and abandoned.
Financial Burden: The buyer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs, tracking, and insurance. The original shipping fees paid at checkout are strictly non-refundable.
5. DEFECT RESOLUTION & REJECTION OF RETURNS5.1 Material Defect Claims: The Brand's production undergoes severe quality control. If you believe an item possesses a material manufacturing defect, you must report it within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with high-resolution photographic evidence. Minor artisanal variations in fabric, dye, or hand-finishing do not constitute a defect.
5.2 Inspection Failure: If a returned item fails our quality inspection (e.g., tags removed, signs of wear), the return will be instantly denied. 5.3 Rejection Penalty: In the event of a denied return, the garment will be held at our facility. You will be required to pay a secondary shipping fee to have the rejected item routed back to you. If this fee is not paid within thirty (30) days, the item will be legally classified as abandoned property and destroyed.
